Thousands gathered on the steps of the State Capitol to express their pro-life views, pray for an end to abortion and thank their pro-life legislators Jan. 22 during a rally sponsored by Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life on the 39th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade U.S. Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion in America. Bishop John LeVoir of New Ulm gave the opening prayer at the rally.
