From the Pastor:We have just completed some big Feasts in the Church year cycle: The Feast of Christmas, the Feast of the Holy Family, the Feast of the Epiphany, and the Baptism of our Lord. We are now in what we call Ordinary Time. Yet, as followers of Jesus, we know that our whole lives have tremendous meaning and importance whether we are celebrating a big Feast day or celebrating a weekday or a Sunday in Ordinary Time. As followers of Jesus, our lives are always special, as we journey through this life to our eternal home. Yes, I would be the first one to admit, it takes a deep faith on our part, to believe in the life after this one that will never, ever end; a place where we will never know sadness or pain, separation from loved ones or dying again.

2007 Contribution Statements can be found on the table in the back of church for contributing envelope holders.  Please pick yours up and save the parish some postage.   For 2008 the parish will be recording youth donations.  It is felt that if they see how much there contributions add up over the course of a year it may encourage them to contribute regularly.  Please encourage your children to use their envelopes.
