Regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Other class times and follow up are available in St. Cloud by appointment. What is NFP?

Natural Family Planning is a modern, scientific, and natural means of either achieving or postponing pregnancy. It requires no drugs, devices, or operations of any kind.

The Billings Ovulation Method

Is based on proven scientific research
Is safe, natural and effective.
Enables pregnancies to be planned.
Has no harmful side effects.
Can assist many couples with low fertility in achieving pregnancy.
Can be used at any time, whether a woman is breastfeeding, discontinuing contraceptive use, or prior to menopause.
Can be used by any couple motivated to learn.
Is not the Rhythm Method.
