The Office of Marriage & Family assists families in living a Christ-centered life in accord with Catholic Church teaching on human sexuality, marriage and responsible parenthood. Our programs promote growth throughout the different stages of life, fostering the dignity of the human person from conception to a natural death. We are dedicated to proclaiming the presence of Jesus Christ in our families and our daily lives.

 Marriage & Remarriage Preparation – Courses serve more than 1,000 couples per year.

Marriage Enrichment – Resources, speakers and an annual workshop for couples.

Family Life Education – Videos, speakers and written materials, particularly in the area of sexuality, puberty, chastity and respect life.

Sponsor Couple Training

Fully Engaged Scoring – Pre-marital inventory scoring.

Parenting Workshops – Straight Talk to Your Kids About Sex; Mother/Daughter; Father/Son, etc.

Catholic Men’s Conference

Honoring Marriage Day – For couples celebrating their 5, 25, 40 and 50th wedding anniversaries.

Courage/Encourage – Support groups for gay & lesbians and their friends and family.

Respect Life

Natural Family Planning (NFP) - A modern, scientific, and natural means of achieving or postponing pregnancy.

 

The Office of Marriage & Family is a member of the National Association for Catholic Family Life Ministers (NACFLM). NACFLM is a growing association of professional ministers within the Catholic Church who work with, for and beside families. www.nacflm.org
